OBJECTIVES are defined by analyzing what are the obstacles that are now on the way to achieving success. GOALS, on the other hand, are the outcomes of the
TANGIBLE PROJECT.
Defining a truthful IDENTITY and essaying a STORY for TANGIBLE PROJECTS enables the project, gives tools to the team to stay on track and to the consumer and/or client to engage.
After setting Roles and Responsibilities as well as the common values for the OPERATIONS of the team created to the execution of the TANGIBLE PROJECT. We follow the agenda of recurrent meetings and tasks to achieve our set GOALS.
