Creative direction for Las Flores: a 175 unit affordable housing project in Oregon City. Responsible for aligning architects, developers, artists, landscapers, furniture and signage teams in process of co-designing and accountability sharing to ensure a more comprehensive and cohesive creative direction and budget allocations that best serve the community.
