There are many design methods out there. Some promote change and some are more cosmetic.

It's not enough to throw around the same buzzwords and old practices at new problems or goals. One size fits all doesn't really fit that well.

 

So no, there's no snake oil or miracle cure. This is not what I do.

​

What do I do, then? I facilitate the work of creative and product teams to promote cohesion in order to identify and execute projects and strategies.
