The adidas open source strategy is based on sharing the internal capabilities of the company  with external talent. My role was to design range and strategies to increase net promoter scores (NPS). Selecting, briefing and supporting illustrators in  key Latin American markets.

Tropicana draws on  the talent of Pedro Veneziano, a 3D artist from São Paulo. Surfing the wave set by the Rio 2016 Olympics and global interest in Brazilian culture internationally.
